Tattoos: You must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo at One Sin Tattoo Athens. We strictly adhere to this policy. Valid ID (ID Card, Passport, or Driving License) is required before the procedure.
Piercings: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must also provide valid ID and sign a consent form. We do not perform certain piercings (e.g., nipple, genital) on minors, regardless of parental consent.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Has a medical condition that makes the procedure unsafe (e.g., hemophilia, transmissible blood diseases) without a doctor's note.
Is pregnant or breastfeeding (for tattoos and piercings).
Displays aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards our artists or staff.
Deposits: A minimum deposit of €50 is required to secure a tattoo appointment. Deposits are deducted from the final price of the tattoo.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, we can reschedule your booking or issue a store credit voucher valid for 6 months.
Late Arrival: If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, you may lose your appointment and your deposit.
Custom designs prepared by our artists remain the intellectual property of One Sin Tattoo. Designs are usually shown on the day of the appointment. We do not send designs digitally beforehand to prevent theft.
Returns & Exchanges: In accordance with EU Consumer Law, you have the right to return unused merchandise (clothing, prints) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition.
Hygiene Exception: For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry (piercings/earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging seal has been broken or tampered with.
Shipping: We ship via partner couriers. One Sin Tattoo is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs holding (for non-EU orders).
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
